Responsible for hiring, sourcing, training and scheduling of all personnel. Insure thoroughness and delivery of assigned tasks on a timely basis. Monitor and analyze all expenses, sale of cost of goods, receivables, and parts inventory levels, warranty claims submitted and received. Ensure filing and monitoring systems are established. Maintain a safe, clean and secure work environment. Continually updating changes to stay current with the industry. Lead the team to exceed operating goals. Schedule customer maintenance and repair work. Efficiently manage the rigging and delivery of new boats.
