Seasonal Mate(s)

Seasonal role for two crew. One lead with good background in marlin fishing and one can be someone coming up in the industry with less (but some) experience. Marlin fishing primarily, blues, trolling and some kite fishing for sails in the spring. Bahamas in Jan/Feb; the Keys in March,/April; Bahamas in May/June. The job is basically mid-January to early July.  61 Sportfish and 39 Seavee. I think we’re a pretty chill program: no tournaments, one angler.  I’ll need a few references and a CV.  No red flags please. No drugs. Drinking is acceptable as long as it’s not an issue.  We are not a party boat. We fish everyday we possibly can.
