Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Full-Time Mate to join a competitive sportfishing program based out of Savannah, GA. This is a year-round position involving regular fishing operations, extensive travel for major East Coast tournaments, and part-time work on a private hunting property during off days.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily fishing operations and onboard duties
- Prepare and maintain gear, tackle, and bait for fishing and tournaments
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the vessel
- Assist with general maintenance and projects on a hunting property as needed
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Drug-free
- Prior mate or relevant boating/fishing experience preferred
Compensation based on experience.
