Job Description
We’re seeking a full-time 2nd mate to join a 3-person crew aboard a 76′ Sportfish running a mothership program.
Itinerary (~10 months):
Cabo → San Diego → Mag Bay → Costa Rica → Panama
Requirements:
- US Passport required (US-flagged vessel returning stateside periodically for maintenance)
- Comfortable with extended time away from home — this role suits someone who thrives on long stretches away and isn’t looking for frequent trips back
- Billfishing experience
- Ballyhoo rigging skills
Preferred (not required):
- Mechanical aptitude
