Job Description
A custom boat is looking for an ambitious, well-rounded, clean-cut mate.
- Family operation, long-term program, some tournaments
- Must know how to take care of the boat and people
- The captain is very hands-on when it comes to the boat
- Previous mates have all stayed 5 plus years
- Must be mechanically minded (if you don’t want to learn new systems or how to work, no need to apply)
- A few years of fishing experience is a must
- References required
