The University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame & Museum is excited to announce that the 2024 Celebrity Fishing Tournament is going to be held in the Florida Keys! The tournament, which began in 2011 in Key Largo and was then held for 7 years in Islamorada, then a short stent in Miami, has returned to the Keys.  Newly remodeled Postcard Inn and Marina will be the host facility in the heart of Islamorada. A pre-tournament party will be held at Gary Dunn’s Ocean View on steak night, Thursday June 20th from 7-9PM.  An amazing family fun day with celebrities in attendance will be held on Friday June 21st on the beach at Postcard Inn from 10AM-2PM followed by the tournament kickoff party at 5PM.  Fishing is on Saturday June 22nd with a gala awards banquet on the beach after the weigh in.  The tournament has raised funds for such charities at The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis, Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys and the Coastal Conservation Society, and this year supports the Ari Arteaga Foundation, as well as the UMSHoF&M.

The UM Sports Hall of Fame & Museum is a 501c3 non-profit organization that honors the student-athletes that have brought acclaim to the university. The museum is open free to the public weekdays from 12-5 pm on the Coral Gables campus.
