Job Description
We are a 112′ Motor Yacht looking for a mate that comes from a sport fishing background. The vessel is currently in South Florida but plans to travel to the Bahamas possible Caribbean in the near future.
Description of the the ideal candidate:
– Minimum 100 Ton USCG license.
– Team-player with strong exterior management abilities and an eye for detail.
– Experienced on vessels of a similar size and takes pride in the quality of their work and the condition of the yacht.
– Excited to be part of an on-the-go program. (This program does not sit in Florida.)
– Growth-minded with a willingness to take direction and feedback, sans ego.
– Leads an active lifestyle with energy to contribute to an active program.
– Likes kids and enjoys family trips.
Skills must include:
– Amazing tender-handling capabilities (39′ Yellowfin)
– Basic engineering
– Strong fishing knowledge in all aspects
– Diving
– Not a heavy/frequent drinker.
– No tobacco use.
This would be an ideal position for someone looking to move away from the sport fish lifestyle and join an extremely fun program that fishes everywhere we go.
We are a young crew with a zest for life and a love of this industry! The boat is mainly private, but we do charter up to six weeks a year.
